I have to say 'Uncle D's' name came up quite a few times in conversation. We remissnessed about the times we all came to the resort and 'partied Uncle D style'. He would open the bar just to hang out and have drinks with all of us. We loved taking his bus ride (best not to have any open containers) lol .The gentleman knew how to have a good time, and made sure you did too. He will long be remembered by all of us and missed dearly. God Bless him and his family and friends.

He would give me rides in the golf cart even though he "couldn't"-he was a softy. What a great guy-it won't be the same without him this summer!! My sympathy to the family.

If you weren’t busy mowing you were piddling in the back, messing with the chickens or pig, fixing something on the grounds or keeping company in the office. I am glad you had your last years in Missouri; you were a perfect fitting piece at the Springs. Now it will feel like putting one of those 500 piece puzzles together and you are the missing piece at the end. You are leaving a hole in several of our lives.
